Similar flavor and very close to the texture of the waffles you grew up on, but without the sugar crash! Makes 6 mini-waffles. Ingredients: 1 Scoop Metabolic Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder (CLICK HERE) 2 Tbsp melted buter 2 Tbsp heavy cream 2 eggs 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt cinammon Directions: Simply combine all ingredients (protein powder last, then cook on a small 4" waffle maker for 1 minute. This is what Taylor and I drink first thing every morning. It's satisfying, hydrating, full of electrolytes, and the fats slow the absorption of caffeine so you have a constant supply of energy from your coffee or pre/workout.
