This is what Taylor and I drink first thing every morning. It's satisfying, hydrating, full of electrolytes, and the fats slow the absorption of caffeine so you have a constant supply of energy from your coffee or pre/workout. Personally I used decaf coffee and then drink a 200mg-caffeine pre-workout immediately after.
