Hot Keto Coffee
This is what Taylor and I drink first thing every morning. It's satisfying, hydrating, full of electrolytes, and the fats slow the absorption of caffeine so you have a constant supply of energy from your coffee or pre/workout.
Personally I used decaf coffee and then drink a 200mg-caffeine pre-workout immediately after.
- 8-12oz hot coffee
- Grass-fed butter, 1/2 Tbsp (7g)
- Heavy cream, 1 Tbsp
- 4oz Macadamia nut milk
- Sugar-free sweetener, to taste (optional)
- Celtic Sea Salt, 1 tsp
- Cinnamon, to taste
Per serving: 149 Cal / 1g protein / 0g carbs / 15.6g fat
