Q: How are product lead times affected by COVID-19 currently?
A: Skullbellz products are unaffected by COVID-19 and are in stock, ready to ship within one business day upon receipt of order. Merchandise products are experiencing 16-20 business day delays in production. We are working on alternate solutions stock merchandise inventory for immediate fulfillment and will inform those who are subscribed to our newsletter.
Q: What is your return/satisfaction policy?
A: We stand by all of our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we be happy to issue a full refund of the product.
Q: If you train me, do I have to eat and train the way you do?
A: I will most likely recommend you do not train as frequently or eat as regimented as I do. My results can be attained with less training and more flexible dieting, however, I am an all-or-nothing individual. Strict rules keep me on track. Most people require more flexibility, which is probably better. The goal is to find out what works best for you and work with that.
Q: Can you ship your products internationally?
A: Currently we can ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.
Q: What if I do not see results from your coaching services?
A: I stand behind my coaching services with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the training you received, in your opinion, did not help you achieve your desired results, or if you are simply unsatisfied for any reason, you will be refunded.
Q: What is your experience as a trainer?
A: I have been passionately training athletes to compete in bodybuilding competitions, to lose fat, and to build muscle continuously since obtaining my certification in 2018.
